Return Process

After your purchase from ezbyonline.com, you have 30 days, starting from order date, to return your order and get refund. Please take the following steps:

1. Informing our customer service center via email with your order ID and request a return, after verification we will send you return ID. Customers should apply return ID within 30 days since you placed order on ezbyonline.com

2. Please mail your purchased items back to us within 10 days after you receive return ID

3. We will process your refund with one week after receiving your returned items

4. Customers are fully responsible for the shipping and packaging cost involved in sending and returning process.

5. Products must be in brand new and non-used condition without missing any parts or instruction booklet etc.

6. Any types of discount you received (e.g gift card, gift certificate etc) when you made your purchase

will be deducted in the refund.  Ezbyonline.com has the right of explanation in terms of the value and amount of discount.
