Tracking Orders

Once your package is shipped, we will notify you an email with tracking information of your order. Track the delivery status of your package on www.fedex.com or www.ups.com using your tracking number and look for the Estimated Delivery Date. Shipping Carriers are unable to specify an exact delivery time. Typically, deliveries occur during normal business hours from Monday to Friday.

Orders are shipped via FedEx or UPS with standard shipping service and no signature required. If you prefer delivery with required delivery signature, an additional cost will be applied, so please make sure when you place order on ezbyonline.com if you choose this method.
