Maintenance Process

Maintenance Policy (within one year warranty)
1. Email to ezbyonline.com customer service center at [email protected] and request repair with your order ID, after reviewing your request, we will send you a repair ID with the address you should be sending the product to. If item's one year warranty is covered by manufacturer, which is listed on ezbyonline.com, please contact the manufacturer directly.
2. You have to mail the purchased item back to ezbyonline.com  within 10 days after you receive repair ID
3. ezbyonline.com  will schedule repair within one week since receiving your product.
4. You will be responsible for all shipping fees involved in repair process
